Personalization of learning and teaching is important for a number of reasons. It makes language learning more engaging and motivating for learners; it helps teachers position learning tasks as meaningful and relevant, plus it helps students make progress at a rate that stretches but doesn’t overwhelm them. I follow the steps: 1- I get to know the student: -Why and what for they want to learn spanish - How long the student has been learning spanish - The gosl the student wants to reach - The period of time the student wants to reach their goal. - Which are the students difficults with the language and in what areas the students would like to improve 2- I make the student a short test 3-I make the offer
