  1. Opening Statements:

    • "Para empezar, me gustaría discutir..." (To begin, I would like to discuss...)

    • "Estoy interesado/a en encontrar un punto en común que beneficie a ambas partes." (I'm interested in finding a common ground that benefits both parties.)

    • "Quisiera explorar la posibilidad de llegar a un acuerdo mutuamente satisfactorio." (I would like to explore the possibility of reaching a mutually satisfying agreement.)


  1. Making Proposals:

    • "Propongo que consideremos la opción de..." (I propose that we consider the option of...)

    • "Una alternativa que podría funcionar sería..." (An alternative that could work would be...)

    • "¿Qué le parece si acordamos...?" (How about if we agree on...?)

    • "Podríamos contemplar la idea de..." (We could contemplate the idea of...)


  1. Negotiating Terms:

    • "Estoy dispuesto/a a ceder en ciertos aspectos si ustedes también están dispuestos/as a hacer lo mismo." (I am willing to compromise on certain aspects if you are also willing to do the same.)

    • "Veo que tenemos diferencias, pero creo que podemos llegar a un punto medio." (I see that we have differences, but I believe we can find a middle ground.)

    • "¿Podríamos ajustar los plazos/las condiciones para que se adapten mejor a ambos?" (Could we adjust the deadlines/conditions to better suit both parties?)


  1. Seeking Clarification:

    • "Me gustaría entender con más detalle..." (I would like to understand in more detail...)

    • "¿Podría explicar cómo llegó a esa cifra?" (Could you explain how you arrived at that figure?)

    • "Necesito más información sobre..." (I need more information about...)


  1. Expressing Flexibility:

    • "Estoy abierto/a a considerar otras opciones si benefician a ambas partes." (I am open to considering other options if they benefit both parties.)

    • "Si hay ciertos puntos en los que están firmes, podríamos enfocarnos en encontrar soluciones en otras áreas." (If there are certain points you are firm on, we could focus on finding solutions in other areas.)


  1. Reaching an Agreement:

    • "Me complace decir que hemos llegado a un acuerdo que nos beneficia a todos." (I'm pleased to say that we have reached an agreement that benefits us all.)

    • "Creo que hemos encontrado una solución satisfactoria para ambas partes." (I believe we have found a satisfactory solution for both parties.)
