Spanish Conversation Club
Series and cinema to speak real Spanish
Every week we sit down to talk about a series or a film — in Spanish. No boring grammar: real conversation, in a small group, with your teacher.
The Conversation Club is the in-person counterpart to my online classes. We meet once a week in Algorta and spend the session talking in Spanish about a series or a film we all watched. Because the story does the work of giving everyone something to say, the conversation flows even when your grammar is still a work in progress — which is exactly the point.
How it works
- 1
Each week the group picks a series or a film together.
- 2
You watch it during the week, in your own time.
- 3
The following week we discuss it in Spanish — the plot, the characters, the scenes you loved.
- 4
I correct gently, in the flow of the conversation, so nobody freezes.
